Clinical and academic neuro-rehabilitation colleagues in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire met at the Keystone Innovation Centre in Thetford on 4th November to share ideas about priorities for joint activity with a focus on addressing the gaps between neuroscience and clinical science and the gap between clinical science and clinical practice.
